Jacking Frames

Enerion Jacking Frames are engineered to provide a safe, efficient, and flexible solution for lifting and positioning well intervention equipment in both onshore and offshore operations. Available in 2-leg and 4-leg configurations, the units are designed for operation in hazardous areas and can be customized to meet specific project and wellsite requirements.

The robust hydraulic design ensures smooth and reliable lifting operations while providing excellent access to the well center. The system is operated directly from a local control pedestal equipped with hydraulic control levers and pressure gauges, allowing precise positioning and full operator control.

For enhanced flexibility and safety, the Jacking Frame can also be equipped with a wireless remote-control system. The radio control utilizes a secure handshake communication protocol between the remote unit and the Jacking Frame control system, eliminating the risk of interference from other radio-based equipment on location.

Designed with a modular architecture, Enerion Jacking Frames can be adapted to accommodate a wide range of well intervention equipment, making them suitable for coiled tubing, wireline, pumping, and maintenance operations.
